Implementation and accountability

Group business plans and budgets for 2005–06 provide the mechanism for implementing the commitments in our corporate plan, translating strategy into action. Group business plans also provide the basis for regular monitoring of performance by the Executive and the Commission Management Committee. Ultimately we will report to the Parliament on our performance through our 2005–06 annual report.
