- Senior Executive development calendars, breakfast and lunchtime seminar flyers and four detailed brochures of individual programs developed to build capabilities at senior executive level
- Executive Level (EL) calendars, information flyers, EL Events (electronic newsletter) designed for EL staff
- APS development calendars, individual program flyers developed to build capability at the APS 16 level
- Graduate information flyers and calendar plus information flyers on InfoNet session flyers
- brochure on Senior Woman in Management (SWIM), APS 5/6 Capability Framework and Career Development Assessment Centre Development Guide
- Integrated Leadership System book and executive summary.
A comprehensive distribution program to disseminate this information ensured that individuals, workgroups and HR areas across the APS were kept informed of the programs developed by the Commission to meet agencies learning and development needs. Program information was also available to agencies through the Commissions electronic newsletters and the Commissions Internet site.
