Occupational health and safety

Appendix D

Occupational health and safety policy

The current Occupational Health and Safety Agreement, between the Commission and the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU), was developed and signed in December 2003 and is currently under review, with a view to signing a new agreement with the CPSU shortly. The Occupational Health and Safety Committee, a joint management–union body established under the Occupational Health and Safety (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1991, administers the Agreement.
