Appendix H: Staffing profile and equal employment opportunity

Table 31 shows all staff in the Commission as at 30 June 2009. All staff, except for the Public Service Commissioner and the Merit Protection Commissioner are employed under the Public Service Act 1999. Table 32 shows the corresponding figures for 30 June 2008.
