Learning and development for Executive LevelsThe Commission knows and understands the needs, culture, future challenges and Government expectations of the APS like no other provider. Our Executive learning and development programs are APS-focused; delivering the core skills, behaviours and knowledge to help you establish a strong foundation in the public sector. The Commission is distinguished from other training providers in that we work collaboratively with APS agencies and professional facilitators to deliver tailored and targeted whole-of-government programs that respond to the increasing complexity of contemporary APS work. As a flexible and forward looking organisation the Commission is able to quickly react to changes in government priorities by designing, developing and introducing new, highly relevant and innovative learning and development solutions.
