Gloria Lalor-Mundine (Deputy Chair)

Gloria Lalor-MundineI was born in "the Harbour City" (Sydney) and moved around Australia as my Father was in the ADF. In my late teens and early 20s I settled in Wollongong (south of Sydney) until I moved to Canberra when I got my first job in the APS as a temp in ATSIC in July 1998. In October of that year I was offered a Traineeship with ATSIC, in the Corporate Services Division.

Seven years ago I had the opportunity to move to Adelaide with ATSIC and have stayed in SA ever since. I was MOG to FaCS (now called FaHCSIA) after ATSIC was demolished a few years back. I have moved around the SA State Office working in both Mainstream and Indigenous Programs for the Department. I currently work as a Project Officer, in the Disability and Support Section. I work in a mainstream program area which managers a number of Disability Programs like; Carers, Disability Employment, Disability Advocacy, Autism Reforms and Mental Health.

Outside of work I have a passion for Fashion, Film, Photography and the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
