Experience has shown that agencies must keep up to date with emerging trends from an organisational perspective. There is a stronger focus on compliance and best practice. The combined skills of the providers on the Commission’s Capability Development Panel provide advice, analysis, facilitation and reporting for Agencies.

- Project Management – planning and facilitation; schedule and delivery management; performance and quality management; stakeholder management; and project management tools
