Providing effective personal and administrative assistance
As a personal assistant, you play a critical role in your organisation as a link between senior management and the work area.
To be effective in this role, a personal assistant requires knowledge of the APS environment, strong organisational skills and the ability to successfully communicate with key stakeholders.
This program will enable you to be more effective in an administrative role and provide you with the skills to successfully work with your manager and in the organisation.
