Executive Level transition – EL 2
As an EL 2, the breadth of responsibility, profile and expectations required from you increases. This program deepens your understanding of the capabilities and behaviours identified in the APS Integrated Leadership System (ILS) which are critical to high performance at the EL 2 level. Learn how to confidently and appropriately respond to the challenge of higher expectations and more complex responsibilities.
Program overview
Explanation of what high performance, as outlined in the ILS, is required at the EL 2 level (and what is different to the EL 1 level) by:
- identifying the practical actions required to reflect strategic thinking behaviours
- identifying the practical actions required to reflect cultivates product working relationship behaviours
- identifying the practical actions that contribute to effective negotiations
- identifying the practical actions that reflect questioning and listening behaviours to build ‘deep understanding’
