Candid reflections from inspiring APS leaders
In this questions and answer interview, Ms Virginia Haussegger, ABC TV News Presenter, journalist, author and media commentator, will talk with four inspirational SES leaders to explore issues, experiences and journeys from their introduction to the APS as graduates, to their current roles in the SES.
The interview
Ms Haussegger will draw the ‘Real Life’ experiences from these SES leaders on areas that include:
- Pathways to success
- Leadership styles – dealing with different perceptions?
- Lessons learnt about being a leader – challenges?
- Tips on how to handle controversial issues
- Motivation, dealing with change

Graduates in their first or second year. This event is also open to all APS employees.
