Influencing skills for Executives
Executive Level (EL) officers are an essential part of the APS workforce. It is argued that their role is central to the efficient operation of the Australian Public Service (APS) in serving the government of the day and in facilitating the delivery of government services to Australian citizens.
Effective influencing is a key skill needed to lead and manage the work of the APS at the EL level. This program provides the opportunity to develop your skills in this important area.
