Leading successful projects
Managers have overall responsibility for the management of a portfolio, program or project. The role includes managing the brief, scope, stakeholders, resources, risk, communication, evaluation, change, implementation, contracts and procurement in accordance with your agency’s policies as well as leading the team. This program will provide you with the opportunity to identify and acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, tools and techniques required to lead successful projects and project teams.
