Leading your team
As an executive manager in the Australian Public Service (APS) there are high expectations of your ability as a team leader. This program focuses on the role of teams in the contemporary public service, how to build an effective team identifying and utilising individual and team strengths. The programs also provides insights into critical behaviours required of a team leader.
