Management essentials
In order to build Australian Public Service (APS) organisational capability and respond to the dynamically changing environment, agencies need to develop managers who are able to deal with staff and their individual concerns, maintain motivation and commitment in an environment of operational pressure and align their people and their team’s work with government and organisational changes.
Management essentials will provide you with an opportunity to explore the expectations and practices required of supervision and management in a public sector context.
