Managing performance
As an Australian Public Service (APS) manager you have obligations to demonstrate high standards of performance management. Managing performance gives you the practical tools to manage employees who are under performing and encourage your team to higher levels of performance. Refine your skills in giving constructive performance feedback and explore how to seek and receive feedback on your own performance.
