Planning and conducting a tender evaluation
APS employees are increasingly required to apply a tender process for procurement of goods and services. Planning and conducting a tender provides valuable insights into the tendering process including when to use a tender, planning a tender, managing the sourcing and evaluation of offers, and entering into a contract.
