The Professional Executive Assistant
Executive Assistants are an essential part of the APS workforce. As the face of the executive team and the first point of contact for internal and external clients, Executive Assistants provide critical support for senior management and are fundamental in ensuring that the wheels of government run smoothly.
This program will provide participants with a solid understanding of the APS environment, enable them to build on their organisational and interpersonal skills as well as improve on their technical skills. Participants will be provided with the tools to achieve their full professional potential.
The day will close with a talk from a current Senior APS manager and their assistant and provide the participant the opportunity to network with their colleagues.
