Developing project management expertise
Developing project management expertise provides you with the practical knowledge and tools to adopt a quality project management approach. The program addresses project planning, implementation, risk and stakeholder management, and effective governance. You will be better equipped to develop a project plan, and formulate risk management and stakeholder engagement strategies in order to deliver results on time and on budget.
