Understanding Work Value: Job Analysis, Classification Principles, Work Level Standards and Broad-banding Defined
This program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of classification and job analysis approaches used in the Australian Public Service. It introduces legislation and policies that shape classification structures and includes a number of ‘hands-on’ exercises that equip participants with the ability to understand how work value is determined for any given job.
