With a wide range of responsibilities represented at this senior executive level, including Agency Head and Deputy Secretary in larger organisations, what characterises the commonality is the complexity of the role.

The Band 3 Forum offers the opportunity for peers to come together, from very different agency contexts, to explore and further their understanding of issues that impact on all.

The Forum operates as a 'roundtable' with subject matter experts from outside and from within the group, presenting the facts and trends, followed by facilitated discussion among the group.
