Developing Cabinet Submissions
Program Overview
Cabinet Submissions provide the primary means for the Public Service to communicate ideas and recommendations to decision makers in the Government. Preparing compelling Cabinet Submissions and recommendations that win endorsement requires clear understanding of policy ambitions, effective communication and capacity to present options that meet the Government’s agenda.
This intensive one-day program draws from the knowledge of expert facilitators and presenters who can provide insight and techniques for developing Cabinet Submissions that clearly advocate innovative solutions to contemporary challenges, articulate genuine options and meet the government’s goals for policy development and implementation.
