Program overview

this series of practical workshops will enhance the communication, coaching and mentoring skills of Senior leaders in the APS
each workshop is specifically targeted at building staff capability and productivity
the program is paced over a six week period, allowing skill utilisation and integration through learning activities conducted between the workshops
a recall session is held to review progress, explore and exchange learning and experiences since the last workshop, with a focus on reflective practice.
