This program will explore how to ensure your agency is communicating strategically and engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders to best achieve its objectives.

The art of strategic communications is to engage, inform and learn from key stakeholders.
Through an interactive case study, this program includes discussion about understanding the communication needs of stakeholders and the role of taking multiple perspectives in strategic communications.

- The strategic communications implications of the 7 elements of the Government’s vision for the Australian Public Service
