Section 3 – Ongoing staff

Figure 10 shows the long term decline in employment of APS 1–2s and employees aged under 25 years. Over the past 15 years, APS 1–2s have fallen from 30.0% to 5.0%. Representation of employees aged under 25 has fallen from 8.7% to 5.0% over the same period and the proportion of APS 1–2s who are aged under 25 has fallen from 17.1% to 10.5%.

Figure 10 shows the representation of APS 1–2s and employees aged under 25 as a proportion of all ongoing employees, from June 1993 to June 2007.
