Section 2 – Non-ongoing staff

Women make up 62.4% of non-ongoing employees. Non-ongoing employees are likely to be younger and at lower levels; almost one quarter of non-ongoing employees are aged under 25 (22.7%), compared with 4.6% of ongoing employees, and 68.2% are at APS 1–4, compared with 36.6% of ongoing staff.
