Information about learning and development in the APS, including the APS Learning and Development Strategy, the APS Learning Board, and the leadership and APS craft capability development available through the APS Academy.
The APSC collects workforce information in a number of different ways to provide a full picture of the APS workforce.
The workforce information we collect is collated and provided back to agencies to enable them to manage their workforce.
The Australian Government is committed to fair and equitable conditions of employment and job security. The Commonwealth will act as a model employer in the APS bargaining process, including through genuine bargaining to improve pay and conditions for APS employees.
