Positioning the Australian Public Service as a model employer is a key priority in a challenging labour market. This includes communicating an Employee Value Proposition to lift the profile of APS employment, to help attract and retain talent.

Building community trust in the Australian Public Service (APS) is a priority, and there is a renewed focus on strengthening leadership and integrity across the service.

The work of the Australian Public Service (APS) impacts all members of the Australian community. The APS can only improve and maintain the trust of the community by acting with integrity and being accountable in the way it implements Australian Government policies and programs.
