Enterprise Bargaining Guide
Agencies should note the ASPC Bargaining Guide is currently under review. Particular bargaining arrangements are in place for APS agencies. The APSC Workplace Relations Group has developed a three-part Guide to Enterprise Bargaining to assist Commonwealth agencies through the enterprise bargaining process. This Guide was developed as part of the Workplace Relations Capability Program.
Part 1 of the Guide was published on 18 July 2018. Part 1 covers matters to be considered prior to enterprise bargaining commencing. Parts 2 and 3 of the Guide were published on 20 December 2018. Part 2 covers the enterprise bargaining process and Part 3 covers the period after enterprise bargaining has concluded.
The Fair Work Commission publishes technical guidance on enterprise bargaining. This includes a benchbook on enterprise bargaining which is available on the Fair Work Commission website.
The Fair Work Commission also publishes a benchbook on industrial action, which is available from the Fair Work Commission website.
