Digital Profession
The Digital Profession aims to lift the digital expertise of the public sector, meeting long-term capability needs of government. This will help agencies to better design and deliver products and services for the needs of the Australian community.
Chris Fechner is the Head of the Digital Profession and Chief Executive Officer of the Digital Transformation Agency.
The heads of the 3 professions are overseen by Australian Public Service Commissioner and Head of Professions, Dr Gordon de Brouwer. The APS Professions model is managed and are supported by the APSC.
