To make sure you are informed on the APS bargaining package of pay and conditions, the Chief Negotiator, Peter Riordan PSM CF, is running Q&A sessions with APS employees.
This will give you the opportunity to understand the APS bargaining package of pay and conditions negotiated to date and ask any questions you have. It is our priority to make sure you are well informed on what is on offer to you.
What
Join the Chief Negotiator, Mr Riordan, for APS bargaining: Q&A sessions.
The events will cover:
- key elements of the APS bargaining package of pay and conditions (25 minutes)
- what happens next in the APS bargaining process (5 minutes)
- give you the chance to engage and ask questions about the package on offer, the process and unpack any complex topics (up to 60 minutes for Q&A).
If the Chief Negotiator is unable to answer all questions in the available time, these will be responded to in an FAQ following the event, along with the recording of the session.
These sessions will cover APS-wide bargaining, any questions related to agency-level bargaining is best directed to your Agency Lead Negotiator.

The Chief Negotiator is running three virtual 90 minute sessions via MS Teams:
- Tuesday 19 September 2.00pm (AEST)
- Thursday 21 September 2.00pm (AEST)
- Wednesday 27 September 11.00am (AEST)

These sessions are for APS1 to EL2 employees covered under each agency’s enterprise agreement.
