The Affirmative Measure Recruitment Hub (The Hub), located on GovTeams, is now available for use by Commonwealth agencies. The Hub has been created as a working prototype which will continue to be reviewed, iterated and improved based on feedback from users.

One of the substantial resources available through the Hub is the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employee Value Proposition Tool for Recruiters. The tool is designed to assist recruiters, communications practitioners and hiring managers to create compelling campaigns specific to the agency and the vacancy.
The tool contains:
- customisable content templates
- suggested wording
- hints and checklists
Which can be used to attract Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander candidates.
