After almost a year in service, the APS COVID-19 Hotline will close on 2 April 2021.
The Hotline offered a crucial service, providing HR personnel and senior leaders across the APS with fast and easy access to specialist mental health advice. During the initial impacts of COVID-19, this helped organisations effectively manage their pandemic response. Happily, demand for this support has dwindled as agencies successfully implemented strategies and frameworks to manage the impacts of the crisis and support their workforce.
The Hotline will continue providing access to mental health advice until it closes in April – so use the service now to help prepare your organisation for the future. You never know what’s ahead, and the Hotline can provide guidance and advice on how to engage positively with employees and help build staff resilience to take on any challenges we may face in 2021.
Contact the Hotline for free, confidential support and advice from a registered psychologist.
