This report sets out the findings of extensive consultations by Mr Stephen Sedgwick AO and makes recommendations to assist in devising a response to Recommendation 7 of the Independent Review of the Australian Public Service (APS): to reinforce APS institutional integrity and sustain the highest standards of ethics.
The report was publicly released on 16 December 2020.
