Senate Order for entity contracts

An amendment to the Senate Order of 14 May 2015 requires all procurement contracts be listed in a report on the AusTender website, with non-procurement contracts to be listed on entity websites.

Pursuant to the Senate Order for entity contracts:

• There were no non-procurement contracts entered into by the Australian Public Service Commission which provides for consideration to the value of $100,000 or more (GST inclusive) and which:
  • has not been fully performed as at 30 June 2024, or
  • has been entered into during the 12 months prior to 30 June 2024.
• Procurement contracts entered into by the Australian Public Service Commission are available through the Senate Order Report located on the AusTender Homepage (www.tenders.gov.au-- external site).
