Senate Order for entity contracts

An amendment to the Senate Order of 14 May 2015 requires all procurement contracts be listed in a report on the AusTender website, with non-procurement contracts to be listed on entity websites.

Pursuant to the Senate Order for entity contracts:

There were no non-procurement contracts entered into by the Australian Public Service Commission which provides for consideration to the value of $100,000 or more (GST inclusive) and which:

• has not been fully performed as at 31 December 2024, or
• has been entered into during the 12 months prior to 31 December 2024.

Procurement contracts are available through the Senate Order Report on the AusTender website.
