The 2022 APS Employee Census is now open and will close on 10 June 2022. This is your opportunity to have your say about your working environment, your agency and the broader APS. The data collected provides a valuable evidence base to support reform initiatives across the APS. Your agency also uses this data to inform its programs, including approaches to flexible work, learning and development and how we support employees from diverse backgrounds.
In 2021, 109,537 employees from across 101 agencies participated in the Census, with and overall participation rate of 77 per cent. This represents the largest number of responses ever received for the annual survey. This year we hope to have just as impressive a response to the survey.
Following the 2021 Census a range of analysis was completed and published at The 2021 APS Employee Census Overall Results including a range of published data for a variety of groups.
