Women's Health Week 2022 ran from 5 – 11 September and aimed to raise awareness around health issues experienced by women and promote women's health.
This year, Women's Health Week had an area of focus for each working day of the week:
- Monday - Check me out: Health check at every age
- Tuesday – Menopause
- Wednesday – Pelvic Power
- Thursday – Mental wellbeing
- Friday – Move and improve – physical activity and your health
Every September, for one week, Women’s Health Week is a reminder to set aside time for your health and wellbeing. Make an appointment for a health check, get active, join an event or simply connect with other women. You don't have to do it alone.
