Rationale |
Supported career pathways provide candidates with a foundation for a successful and long-term career in the APS. The diversity of these participants brings fresh insight, innovation and critical thinking to the APS. Employment pathways are a critical supply for the future pool of talent in the APS. The Commission plays a role in improving the visibility of the APS as a model employer, while enabling individual programs to undertake targeted recruitment, selection and development. |
