The Digital Profession aims to improve the digital expertise of individuals and organisations in the APS to build a digital-ready workforce, lift public service capability and develop the ability of the APS to lead the transformation of government to deliver services fit for the digital age.

80% increase in the total number of Digital Profession members.
Agency requests for Digital Stream Emerging Talent placements continue to be met.
2022–23 to 2024–25
Targets Future targets will be iterated based on 2021–22 performance and emerging needs. Opportunities to measure broader impact on digital capability will be explored, including through the recently established Digital Review.
